These are pics that Vern took when he first got to the job. He says that he has made lots of friends but most of them don't communicate well. Also he took a pic of a shepherd leading his flock. These guys live all year long in the desert with their sheep and goats. They still use a staff that has a bell on it to call the animals to them. And I finally found a pic of the man who doesn't like to have his picture taken, Vern with one of his new friends. (You choose which is the friend, the gun or the camel.....lol.) There are also two pics of what he sees when he stands post at work. He says there are camels in one of the pics, but we could never find them....lol.
